Wouldn’t you agree that it is much easier to sell to an existing client than to find a new client? We have found this to be true, time and time again. Don’t lose focus on your past clients; if you have done a good job for them in the past, they will want to do business with you.

Marketing your business is not a one shot process.  At a minimum, we recommend sending them a post card quarterly, but it is much better to be sending something monthly.  This will give you “top of mind” awareness, and when they are looking for your service again, you will be the one they think of.  Newsletters and Post Cards work the best. You can send a high quality post card to your clients for less than a dollar, and depending on your quantity and color choices, newsletters are not much more.

Remember if you are not marketing to your client someone else will.
